Silver Rainbow factsheets to support older LGBTI people

The Silver Rainbow program aims to improve the experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people as they age and enter the Australian aged care system.

This factsheet is for aged care workers to assist them in supporting an older person if they come out or disclose that they are LGBT. While an intersex person may also disclose, the issues are different from LGBT people (see Intersex People and Ageing factsheet).
